You will follow detailed drawings and customer specifications, operating mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment, while collaborating with programmers on fixtures and CNC code.

Safety, SOPs, and on-time shipping are essential. You will use CMMs where needed and apply advanced machining methods, ensuring quality across complex parts.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret machine drawings and tolerances.
• Apply precision measurement techniques and calculations.
• Knowledge of GD&T and metrology practices.
• Experience with CMMs and programming software is a plus.
• Adhere to ISO 9000/14000 quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow blueprints, customer specs, and SOPs.
• Operate 4th & 5th axis mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment.
• Create CNC code adjustments and fixtures with programmers.
• Ensure on-time production and quality standards.
• Perform safety protocols and housekeeping as required.
• Assist with preventative maintenance as needed.
