American Construction Metals in Beloit, WI is seeking a Machinist to join a team operating CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment in a 100% manufacturing setting. The role requires interpreting blueprints, planning set-ups, and performing tool design tasks when plans are not available.

You will repair and maintain machinery while upholding strict PPE and safety procedures. Experience with punch presses, roll formers, decoilers, or flying shear dies is valued.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED or two year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience with various manufacturing equipment including punch presses, roll formers, decoilers or flying shear dies is highly valued.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to multitask; excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Operate CNC mills, vertical milling machines, grinders and/or lathes.
• Maintain a safe work environment; follow PPE requirements and safety procedures.
