Responsibilities

• Operate lathes, mills, grinders and drills; maintain a neat and safe work area.
• Read drawings, plan work, and perform basic part preparation and machining under supervision.
• Assist higher-level machinists and report issues affecting quality, cost, or production.
• Maintain equipment in safe operating order and understand lean principles.
