Job summary

ITW seeks a 3rd Shift Machinist in Wisconsin to operate multiple machines, set up processes, and manage orders in a fast-paced cell. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, utilize inspection tools, and contribute to production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Successful candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, machining training or equivalent experience, and proficiency with basic computer tools. Physical requirements include standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical Certificate or Associate Degree in a Machine Tool program, or 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience with mathematics, blueprints and metrology tooling.
• Experience with G&M codes is a substantial plus.
• Proficiency with computers, including internet browsers, email communication, printing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a team player and self-starter with strong communication skills.
• Cross training is required on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and have the ability to lift 50 pounds continuously.
