Qualifications

• Reading a tape measure with precision (1/8, 1/16, 1/32 inch) is required.
• Blueprint reading and interpretation skills are required.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Knowledge of dimensions and sizing of common structural steel is needed.
• Technical degree or machining experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual CNC machines (drill press, lathe, mills).
• Create and modify G&M code and Mazatrol programs.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms and ensure safe operations.
• Read blueprints to ensure accurate parts.
• Manage raw materials and maintain a clean work area.
