Job summary

Charleston, WV company is in search of a Machinist to operate all conventional machinery and some knowledge of CNC machinery to manufacture parts required. Chosen candidates will need to properly and safely set up parts to machine them according to the blueprints/tolerances.

Candidate will be required to operate various machinery, including mills, lathes, drill presses, surface grinder, etc.

The Applicant should have:

• All conventional machinery knowledge.
• Machinist Background.
• Ability to perform and setup various machines.
• Ability to use manual tools.
• Ability to understand and maintain all dimensional tolerances.

Physical:

• Lift up to 50 pounds independently, required.
• Constant visual inspection and auditory inspection capability, required.
• Frequent daily bending, squatting, twisting, manual dexterity (to handle and manipulate small parts), required.

Education:

High school diploma or the equivalent, required.

Work Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years of general machining
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in manual conventional machine operation required.
