Job summary

MACHINING TECHNOLOGY, INC. is a production machine shop for aerospace and commercial applications. Daily day shift Mon-Fri with overtime; no weekends. Benefits include profit sharing, medical, dental, life, 401K, vacation, PTO, vision and holidays.

Wages are DOE. Seeking a candidate with CNC lathe setup, G-code editing, and multi-axis turning center experience. Experience with Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Tsugami or Hardinge turning centers is a plus; strong math/trigonometry skills and good attendance

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes with multi-axis tooling.
• G-code editing or programming skills are required.
• Familiarity with Mori Seiki, Nakamura, Tsugami or Hardinge turning centers.
• Strong math/trigonometry skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC lathes with live tooling, c-axis, y-axis and sub-spindles.
• Ensure consistent quality and on-time production.

• Mastercam a plus.


• Any experience a plus of lathe setup experience.
