Job Description

We are seeking a Machinist in Twinsburg, Ohio, responsible for maintaining machine shop equipment, identifying and repairing minor machine functions, reading blueprints and schematics, and communicating with engineering and production teams.

Shift

Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities

1. Adhere to safety standards and policies, performing work safely and professionally.
2. Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine prints for troubleshooting and repairs.
3. Respond promptly to emergency work requests from production.
4. Monitor inventory of spare parts, document replacements, and recommend inventory levels.
5. Assist with equipment moves, reconfigurations, and installations as directed.
6. Perform tasks according to established procedures, including ISO compliance.
7. Implement hardware solutions and perform design tasks as needed.
8. Handle moderately difficult assignments requiring judgment and problem-solving.
9. Work independently with minimal instruction, applying knowledge and skills.
10. Interact regularly with peers and customers to exchange information.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic reading, writing, and computer literacy
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints

Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree
• Welding experience
