Shifts

1st Shift: Mon - Thurs, 6 am - 6 pm

2nd Shift: Mon - Thurs, 6 pm - 6 am, +$2 shift differential

3rd Shift: Fri - Sun, 5:30 am - 6 pm, 4‑hour premium

Job Summary

Set up, program and operate various types of CNC machinery and/or lathes to perform operations on individual or quantity production parts, tooling, maintenance, and experimental parts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication machinery to produce parts used in manufacturing processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and specifications for parts.
• Select the appropriate cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials to be used on machines.
• Examine and measure completed units and parts to identify defects and ensure conformity with predetermined specifications; adjust machine controls to resolve production errors.
• Inspect machinery for needed repairs and perform minor repairs within expertise.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Comply with applicable safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with all company policies and rules; overtime, including potential for nights and weekend shifts may be required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
