Job summary

ETS Staffing is hiring a Machinist for full-time, in-person work in Vermont. Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with hourly pay ranging from $18 to $32.05 based on experience; weekly pay and excellent benefits are provided.

You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC grinding equipment, inspect parts with measuring tools, and ensure tolerances. Training on on-demand wage access is available; equal opportunity employer.

Your day-to-day as a Machinist:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manual and CNC grinding equipment to produce precision parts
• Utilize measuring equipment to inspect products and ensure accurate tolerances
• Perform plate and final straightening processes as required
• Monitor part conformance and adjust equipment based on specifications

Your skills and experience:

• Basic understanding of CNC programming and ability to modify existing programs
• Experience with manual tool grinders, disk grinders, or centerless grinders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to perform basic computer data entry and maintain accurate records
