Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Machine Operator in Scotia, NY for an in-person 1st shift. You will operate and learn to use beamsaws, upcut saws, drill presses, and band saws to support large skid and box shop production. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a busy manufacturing environment.

Compensation starts at $18 per hour with excellent benefits, weekly pay, and access to an earned-wages-on-demand option to get paid whenever you need before payday.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or hand and power tool experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately.
• Physically active, manual environment; strong teamwork and communication.

Your day-to-day as a Machine Operator:

• Operate and learn to use various machinery including beamsaws, upcut saws, drill presses, and band saws
• Assist with large skid and box shop manufacturing processes
• Perform shop upkeep, sweeping, and cleaning duties as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
