  • Perform preventative maintenance on machining equipment as needed.
  • Comply with productivity and quality standards; operate forklift when needed.
  • Perform additional duties based on workload.

You will be ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality while working with advanced machining tools, robotics, and inspection equipment. Your craftsmanship directly supports the reliability and performance of our products.

As a Machinist, You Will Be:
  • Determining setup requirements by reviewing blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and instructions.
  • Measuring, marking, and scribing dimensions on materials to guide machining operations.
  • Machining bar stock to required dimensions with precision.
  • Interacting with co‑bots and robotic tools to enhance machining efficiency.

  • Operating a forklift when required to support material movement.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have:
Education & Experience
  • Have a high school diploma or GED; a certificate in CIMM or related industrial technology is preferred. Have 3+ years of experience in a job shop or high‑mix, low‑volume production environment.
Technical Skills
  • Have demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
  • Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Have intermediate math and reading skills.
  • Have working knowledge of lathes, mills, and other machine shop equipment.
  • Have the ability to write and modify CNC programs.
  • Have basic computer skills.
Behavioral Skills
  • Have willingness to follow all manufacturing procedures and company policies.
  • Have strong attention to detail.
  • Have a commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety.
  • Have the ability to stay focused and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements
  • Have motor skills sufficient to safely operate tools and machinery.
  • Have the ability to stand or walk for most of an 8–10-hour shift.
  • Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper techniques.
  • Have the ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and safety shoes.
  • Have the willingness to work overtime, alternate shifts, and weekends as needed.
