Baker Hughes is seeking a Gear Repair Specialist to support precision repair, machining, assembly, and maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate equipment, interpret drawings, perform measurements, and uphold safety and quality standards to ensure top-quality delivery.
The role requires lifting 40+ pounds, reading engineering drawings, and willingness to work all shifts, including weekends, in a non-climate-controlled facility.

As a Gear Repair Specialist, you will be supporting precision repair, machining, assembly, and maintenance activities to ensure high‑quality product delivery. You will be operating equipment, interpreting technical drawings, performing measurements, and maintaining safety standards while contributing to smooth production operations.
