How You'll Perform the Role

• Perform all tasks safely, following safety rules and procedures. Report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all food service policies and PPE requirements.
• Make plate cylinders and gears, ensuring proper fit and dimensions.
• Repair machine breakdowns and handle dismantling and rebuilding work.
• Weld various materials and handle sheet metal work.
• Work on special projects and respond to radio calls as needed.
• Ensure parts meet specifications and keep equipment clean.
• Meet job goals set by management and perform other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or GED
• Machinist trade school experience is helpful
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Understanding of machinery, setup, and operation of lathes and milling machines (Bridgeport)
• Ability to make cylinders, ink pans, and complete parts with correct specifications
