Role Responsibilities

• Perform tasks safely, adhering to safety rules and reporting hazards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow food service policies and PPE requirements.
• Make plate cylinders and gears, ensuring proper fit and dimensions.
• Repair machine breakdowns, build up, grind, and reweld shafts.
• Weld various metals, handle sheet metal work, and work on special projects.
• Respond to radio calls, dismantle and rebuild equipment, grind rubber rolls, and make parts per specifications.
• Draw blueprints, meet job goals, and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; machinist trade school helpful.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Understanding of machinery, setup, and operation of lathes and milling machines.
• Ability to make cylinders, ink pans, and complete parts with correct specifications.
