Job summary

Aerotek is hiring experienced CNC Machinists in DuBois, PA for a first-shift, permanent role. The position focuses on setting up and operating horizontal CNC milling machines, proving out CNC programs, part setup, and tooling management to produce precise parts per blueprints.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in machining, strong tooling knowledge, and a commitment to quality. Onsite with full benefits, PTO, and holiday/vacation offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a machinist role preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC milling or machine setup.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring Experienced CNC Machinists!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift

Pay Rate: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinists to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced machinist who is comfortable with horizontal CNC machines, setup, and precision part production. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of working independently while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate horizontal CNC milling machines


• Prove out and edit CNC programs as needed


• Perform part setup and fixture alignment


• Load, calibrate, and maintain cutting tools


• Set and adjust tooling offsets as required


• Produce parts to precise blueprint tolerances and specifications


• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments


• Deburr and clean finished parts
  
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment


• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits
