Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to drive CNC milling operations in Alexandria, MN. You will load/unload, run Haas and Mazak machines, verify parts with micrometers and calipers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Perfect candidates will grow into setups and participate in ERP data recording and documentation in SharePoint, with full-time potential through a contract-to-hire path. Onsite position with strong benefits await.

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to operate CNC Mills and machines, including Haas and Mazaks, to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alexandria, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
