Job summary

DRT Holdings is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in Englewood, CO. You will set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis centers to manufacture precision aerospace components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Shift options include 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. The role requires 3+ years of CNC experience, strong blueprint reading, GD&T skills, and the ability to perform setups with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably aerospace.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and G-code.
• Able to perform machine setups with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Perform tool offsets, adjustments, and minor program edits.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain production documentation and quality records.
• Follow safety procedures and support 5S initiatives.
