ITW is seeking a Senior Machinist or Machinist to produce parts requiring programming, tooling, and precise setups while meeting quality, productivity, and safety standards. The role supports a 1st shift schedule of four 10-hour days on-site.

Responsibilities include planning work, inspecting own output, ensuring GD&T tolerances, and maintaining safety and 5S practices. Strong teamwork, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement are expected.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Technical School graduate preferred.
• Minimum 4 years' of experience in similar machine shop setting.

• Able to meet quality inspections.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Good communication skills.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Senior Machinist or Machinist

To meet customer's expectations and requirements by producing all parts requiring programming, complex tooling and setups while meeting or exceeding standards for quality, productivity and safety.

Standard schedule is 1st shift 4 10 hour days

JOB DUTIES:

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Technical School graduate preferred or;
• Minimum 4 years' of experience in similar machine shop setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Standing 10 hours per day (out of 10 hour workday) but may work 10-12 hours per day.
• Walk up to 2 hours per day
• Bend, squat (to check parts) - occasionally
• Crawl- rarely
• Reach out from body up to 24 inches holding up to 20 pounds - rarely
• Hand grasping – continuously
• Finger manipulation - frequently
• Push up to 35 lbs. Force (carts, pallet jack)
• Carry up to 35 lbs. (parts and tools) 20 feet - occasionally, 100 feet - rarely
• Lift at waist level up to 24 lbs. frequently/up to 50 lbs. - occasionally
• Lift to/from floor level (parts) 50 lbs.- occasionally

Compensation Information:

Machinist range is $22 to $26

Senior Machinist is up to $35
