Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Junior or Senior year at start of upcoming term.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support in-plant drone inspections to assist with equipment monitoring and facility assessments.
• Evaluate maintenance strategies for reliability and continuous improvement.
• Assist in developing and analyzing maintenance strategies for electrically powered rail systems.
• Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams on reliability initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
