Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
• GPA of 3.0 or above (transcript may be required).

Responsibilities

• Support in-plant drone inspections to assist with equipment monitoring and facility assessments.
• Evaluate continuous monitoring technologies and processes for reliability improvements.
• Assist in developing maintenance strategies for electrically powered rail systems.
• Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams on reliability initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating project findings.
