Position Summary

The Machining and Packaging Operator is responsible for deburring, cleaning, and packaging machined metal parts, as well as cleaning the machine shop and machines. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 6AM - 2PM.

Duties

1. Wash, dry, deburr, and package machined metal components.
2. Use hand tools including pliers, clippers, and chamfer tools.
3. Clean shavings from machined parts.
4. Load raw materials (brass and stainless steel rods).

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or GED.

Required Experience

• Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity are required.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Basic knowledge of a machine shop environment preferred.

Pay range: $16.04 - $20.76. This position is eligible for bonus participation. Pay rates are based on various factors including experience, education, and other considerations.
