Position Summary

The Machining and Packaging Operator is responsible for deburring, cleaning, and packaging machined metal parts, as well as cleaning the machine shop and machines. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2 PM.

Duties

1. Wash, dry, deburr, and package machined metal components.
2. Use hand tools including pliers, clippers, and chamfer tools.
3. Clean shavings from machined parts.
4. Load raw materials (brass rod and stainless rod).

Education Degree

High School Diploma or GED.

Required Experience

1. Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity are required.
2. Ability to perform basic math functions.
3. Basic knowledge of a machine shop environment is preferred.

Pay range for this opportunity is $16.04 - $20.76. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums if higher than the listed range. Pay rates are based on factors including local labor market costs, relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
