Dover Food Retail is seeking a hands-on Fabricator to build assemblies and parts per engineering docs, while maintaining quality and safety standards. You’ll set up work with fixtures, organize components for fabrication, and review finished products against drawings and BOMs.

Ideal candidates show self-direction, mechanical aptitude, and basic math/reading skills. Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of production fabrication or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read drawings and BOMs.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate assemblies/parts per engineering documents and production standards.
• Set up and lay out work using fixtures and guides.
• Arrange parts for fabrication and staging processes.
• Review finished work against drawings and BOMs for accuracy.
• Report issues and assist in resolutions; reject defective parts.
• Maintain safe use and maintenance of tools/equipment.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Perform complex troubleshooting.
• Cross-train team members.
