Dover Corp is seeking a fabrication-focused professional for on-site work in Arlington, VA. The role involves fabricating assemblies per engineering docs, setting up work with fixtures, and ensuring accuracy against drawings and BOMs.

You will help resolve fabrication issues and participate in cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of production fabrication experience, with 1–2 years in fabrication/machining preferred.

• 1–3 years of production fabrication or comparable experience.
• 1–2 years of fabrication/machining preferred.

Responsabilités

• Fabricate assemblies/parts per engineering documents and production standards.
• Set up and lay out work using fixtures and guides.
• Arrange parts for fabrication and staging processes.
• Review finished assemblies against drawings and BOMs.
• Report fabrication issues and assist in resolutions.
• Reject defective parts per policy.
• Ensure safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Perform complex troubleshooting.
• Cross-train team members.
