Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and accuracy are essential.
• Ability to read decimals and use measuring tools.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Detail oriented with defect recognition capability.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Punctual with regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machines and hand tools to produce parts.
• Review work instructions and follow procedures precisely.
• Inspect parts and identify defects; report non-conformities immediately.
• Adjust machine settings with assistance when needed.
• Complete inspection reports and production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain coolant levels and monitor machine fluids.
• Support 5-S housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean work area.
• Meet or exceed efficiency targets and contribute to continuous improvement.
