Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in machining engineering or similar.
• Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and machining simulation tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize machining processes; select cutting tools, feeds, speeds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop machining strategies and programs.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and work-holding solutions for precision and repeatability.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects.
• Utilize CAD/CAM to create and optimize tool paths.
• Monitor operations and implement process improvements to reduce waste.
• Ensure safety compliance in the Machining department.
