Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Machining Assistant in our Lancaster, PA location.
The ideal candidate will deburr machined components produced in the CNC machining center and perform final visual inspections to ensure all parts meet quality standards before shipping to the customer. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and precision of components used in aerospace and defense applications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will have a direct impact on our operational success and customer satisfaction.

All positions require use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms regulations. All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles/80 kilometers) of the Lancaster facility will be considered.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to feel sharp edges on Parts. The employee frequently is required to reach, stand and lift parts and communicate with members of the Machining and QC departments.
