Job summary

BTD Manufacturing is seeking candidates for 1st & 3rd shift in a metalworking environment. The role involves operating welding, assembly or machining equipment and presses in our manufacturing area. You will read blueprints, produce parts, inspect outputs, and maintain tools and workspaces.

A focus on safety and accuracy is essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or are 18+, with basic math/blueprint testing. Experience with shop equipment and a team-oriented mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or 18 years of age.
• Pass math measurement/blueprint test with 85% or better.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands blueprints and sketches.
• Manufactures parts to blueprints/sketches using OII as guide.
• Inspects parts produced using inspection instructions and documents findings.
• Operates stamping, milling, CNC and other machines safely and efficiently.
• Uses time/payroll software to enter job information.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
