Qualifications

• Reads and understands simple blueprints and sketches.
• Manufactures parts to blueprints using Operator Inspection Instructions (OII).
• Inspects parts with standard measuring tools to document findings.
• Returns patterns, fixtures and documentation after production.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands simple blueprints and sketches.
• Manufactures parts to blueprints using OII as guide.
• Inspects parts produced using tools like tape measure, caliper, micrometer, protractor.
• Returns pattern, fixture and forms to proper location after operation.
• Stacks parts, cleans machines or performs other duties as assigned.
• Operates stamping presses, milling/CNC machines and other equipment safely.
• Uses software to enter time/payroll and job information.
• Performs duties on the Daily Maintenance/Safety Checklist for equipment.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
