The Machinist role is a full-time, on-site position based at Wesco Machine Works in Weldon Spring, MO. The Machinist will set up and operate manual and CNC milling and turning equipment to produce precision parts according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Daily tasks include interpreting technical specifications, selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures, monitoring machine operations, and performing in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality. The role also involves basic machine maintenance, working with other team members on custom fabrication and repair projects, and following all safety procedures and shop standards to maintain a clean, efficient work environment.
