Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience with basic hand tools, air tools and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to mentor Machine team members and communicate with management.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required tooling and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Work safely, following WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Complete related paperwork and access required databases accurately.
• Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, test and adjust assemblies.
• Diagnose problems, recommend repairs, and perform critical machine repairs.
• Test and verify correct operation of repairs and adjustments.
• Apply general failure analysis and procedures for proper diagnosis.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Complete Level I & Level II training in a timely manner.
