The role requires disassembly/assembly, testing, diagnostics, and mentoring junior team members. Travel up to 40% and ability to obtain CDL within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must obtain CDL within 90 days of hire for field assignment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance manuals.
• Clean driving record; travel up to 40% and possible DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metric.
• Process paperwork and access required databases accurately.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, test and adjust assemblies.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs and adjustments.
• Mentor Machine team members.
