Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Machine Field Technician II in Hugo, Oklahoma, to provide high-quality repair services on equipment and respond promptly to customer needs. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork across field service tasks.

Responsibilities include completing jobs on schedule, performing diagnosing and repairs, and mentoring junior technicians while maintaining thorough documentation for quotes and service records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain CDL within 90 days; must be at least 21.
• Must be certified in air-conditioning; able to operate field vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Complete paperwork and access required databases (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately.
• Remove/install parts, disassemble/assemble components, test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision.
• Provide accurate information to management for quoting.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and make repairs.
• Test and verify operation of repairs and adjustments.
• Apply general failure analysis to determine proper diagnosis.
• Mentor Machine team members.
