Job summary

Lincoln Premium Poultry in Fremont, NE is hiring a production associate to maintain and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Take direction from management and learn all positions within the department while following HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and participate as an active team member in daily production tasks. Training and safety meetings are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Food or production experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an active team member of production in assigned area.
• Assist in training of co-workers as directed.
• Perform repetitive tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with established food safety programs, including HACCP, SSOPs and GMPs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead.
• All other duties as assigned.
