Job summary

Pilgrim’s Maintenance is seeking a Maintenance Machine Adjuster in West Virginia. The role involves setting up machines for various cuts, performing routine maintenance, and greasing parts. Candidates should be able to lift up to 85 lbs and work in extreme temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
• Skills in mechanics, welding, and electrical fields is preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees).
• Ability to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for different cuts and make adjustments to the machine.
• Perform regular daily maintenance and grease machine blades.
• Maintain accurate PM logs and records.
• Work with others in a maintenance team and communicate effectively.
• Work shifts including day, evening, or night and weekends as needed.
