Job summary

Qualifications

• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints to diagnose problems.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines to ensure optimal working condition.
• Identify root cause of breakdowns and repair quickly to reduce downtime.
• Record and report damaged or worn parts and install replacements as needed.
• Prepare reports documenting work performed.
• Maintain shop areas, tools, and supplies; inventory as needed.
• Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines.
• Collaborate with department heads on new products and required modifications.
• Lead or participate in tests and implement improvements as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and present solutions to leadership.
