Job summary

Stout is seeking a Valuation Advisory professional in the United States to join a leading independent valuation practice. You will develop foundational valuation skills while contributing to analyses for personal property, complex property, and income-generating assets.

You will work with senior team members, perform comprehensive analyses, and help prepare reports and presentations for clients, using AI tools to boost productivity and insights.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant internship or professional experience.
• 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
• Ability to travel.
• Foundational understanding of financial theory, economics, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial, industry and technical analyses to support valuation studies across industries for tax purposes.
• Conduct field inspections when required as part of a valuation project.
• Participate in client or management meetings providing input on valuation methodologies, assumptions and conclusions.
• Prepare deliverables and reports including presentations and written narratives for review and clients.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance research, streamline deliverables, and improve efficiency.
