Litehouse Foods in Sandpoint, Idaho, is seeking a Machine Tech I (Operator) to operate and support production machinery on a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Starting pay is $18.77 per hour and includes competitive benefits.

What You'll Do

• Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred.
• Mechanically inclined preferred.
• Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience.
• Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language.
• Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
