ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Technician in Endicott, NY to support production and QA teams. The role focuses on operating advanced CNC equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and upholding tight tolerances in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

You will read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering to improve processes and reduce scrap. Expect a 2nd shift and a competitive hourly pay range of $22–$30.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC, Swiss lathe, and/or DMG machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines, Swiss lathes, DMG milling centers, stamping presses, and automated assembly systems.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and program adjustments to ensure precision and tight tolerances.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues on production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document all service activities accurately.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and reduce scrap.

Pay Range: $22.00-$30.00
