$500 Sign-On Bonus for days OR $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for nights

How do our shifts work? Full-time status | 3-Day Work Week

Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM

Schedule: 3 days per week and benefits-eligible

JOB DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Operate blow-molding machines
• Troubleshoot and adjust machines
• Perform routine maintenance
• Adhere to customer specifications and work safely
• Demonstrate safe work practices and competency to drive a powered industrial truck
• Compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Food Quality regulations as required by the company, customers, and/or government agencies

LEVEL 1: Run one molding machine platform and support auxiliary equipment to ensure containers are produced within customer specifications. Perform routine and reactive equipment maintenance to increase productivity and uptime. This role provides a great introduction for those interested in a technical career path.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES):

• At least 1 year of technical processing, maintenance, or troubleshooting experience
• High school diploma or GED, with basic reading, writing, math, and critical thinking skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating press machinery
• Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision
• Willingness to support team members and maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Familiarity with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Apple iPad devices preferred
• Must provide own basic tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in varying temperatures
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to embrace Radius culture
