Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Minnesota is seeking a Machine Shop Support to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will support the Machine Shop department with washing, deburring, tumbling, packing, punching, and assembly tasks to help meet production goals.

You will operate CNC machines as needed, read and interpret orders and blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications, and perform precision quality inspections while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and act accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and a motivated, self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Machine Shop department through washing, deburring, tumbling, packing, punching, and assembly tasks
• Operate CNC machines as needed to support production goals
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders and blueprints to ensure components meet specifications
• Perform quality inspections using precision measurement devices to verify parts meet customer standards
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and promoting safety culture
