As a Production Supervisor at BD's Sandy manufacturing facility, you'll oversee machine shop and production operations, driving safety, quality, and operational excellence in the manufacture of critical medical device components. You'll lead and develop a high-performing team, optimize production performance, and champion continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 5+ years of machine shop experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleExperience in CNC machining environments required
Technical SkillsStrong blueprint reading and interpretation skillsExperience with ERP systems (Job Boss preferred)Proficiency in CNC setup and programming (Mastercam preferred)Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
