Machine Shop Supervisor – SkillSetGroup

SkillSetGroup is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to work in the Garden Grove, CA area. This position will oversee a small team of machinists in a high‑volume aerospace manufacturing environment. The candidate must have hands‑on supervisory experience in a machine shop, knowledge of troubleshooting & programming CNC lathes, and preferably continuous improvement and optimization skills. This is a direct‑hire 1st shift position.

Pay Range

$85,000.00/yr – $115,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation

Hours

4‑6 AM start, Monday – Friday, overtime as needed.
