Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in a machine shop or precision manufacturing.
- Deep knowledge of multi-axis CNC Milling, Turning, Grinding.
- Experience with ERP systems and CAD/CAM tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the machine shop to meet production targets.
- Maximise machine utilisation across CNC milling, turning and grinding.
- Oversee setup and operation of rotor machining equipment and tooling.
- Drive continuous improvement and CAD/CAM integration.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance teams.
