Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Operate basic machinery.
• Good visual acuity; able to lift medium-heavy objects if needed.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of machine operation in manufacturing.
• Preferred: experience with power tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up operating machines, including first checks and test sequences.
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup and assist Operators.
• Support maintenance in repair and downtime prevention and inspection.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Check finished product and submit for approval.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE at all times.
