Your Key Responsibilities

• Set up and program operating machines, including accuracy and effectiveness checks in various test sequences
• Oversee ramp‑up of machines after setup and support operators in operating the machines
• Assist maintenance with repair, downtime prevention, and machine inspection
• Follow documented procedures, maintain accurate records, and track performance
• Check finished product or component and submit for approval
• Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Your Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and write clear communications in English
• Ability to operate complex machinery used for inspection
• Ability to lift medium‑heavy objects if required
• Authorization to work in the US without employment visa or sponsorship

Preferred:

• Multiple years of experience operating complex machines in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
