Responsibilities

• Perform mold changes, material changes, and machine setups for new production runs.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot machine and process issues, including equipment misalignment and product defects.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate setup, maintenance, and production records.
• Train production operators on proper machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Partner with the Quality team to improve process performance and reduce defects.
• Support safe and efficient manufacturing operations while following company procedures.
