Job summary

Healing Strides Counseling in Thorp, WI is seeking a Machine Operator to support production with pre-operation inspections, door assembly, and quality checks. You will load components, manage conveyors, and assist with ongoing production flow, ensuring correct hardware alignment and process consistency.

The role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with 1st and 2nd shifts, and requires LOTO compliance, safe use of an air gun, and basic math and measurement skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• LOTO certification and safe use of an air gun during clean up.
• Ability to work with tools and measurements, including using a computer, tape measure, and caliper; basic reading and writing skills; and strong math ability (including adding/subtracting fractions and whole numbers and converting fractions to decimals).

• Load hinge machine with bifold door panels for hinging, then inspect and confirm hardware alignment and correct application prior to push off.
• Pull off cullboards, change bits, and restock rails; assist with ongoing production flow and material readiness.
• Direct rejected doors to repair and remakes as requested, maintaining quality and process consistency.
