Manpower is seeking a 1st Shift Machine Operator / P&A Structures to join a leading Milwaukee manufacturing team. The role supports assembly operations, focusing on quality and efficiency on a first shift schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. Overtime on Fridays is possible, with weekly pay and potential for temp-to-perm employment.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in heavy-duty equipment components, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Assembler to join their team. As a 1st Shift Operator you will be part of the Production Department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork skills, which will help you succeed within the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator / P&A Structures

Pay Range: $17-$22/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 430 PM, with overtime on Fridays
